Adjustable upper body ergometers (UBE's) allow users to work in the overhead or standing position in addition to the traditional seated (PRO 1 only) workout position. Additional key features include:
Adjustable crank arms can be configured for rowing motion.
Seat (PRO 1 only) adjusts forward and backward as well as up and down.
Bi-directional resistance for greater versatility.
Removable two position footrest and wheeelchair tie downs (PRO 1 only).
